Specsavers is a global organisation that operates in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Northern Europe. The headquarters of the Northern European Support Office (NESO) is in Copenhagen, where it acts as a link between Specsavers' global headquarters in Guernsey and the country offices in Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden and the Netherlands.

NESO sets the strategic direction for Specsavers' businesses in the Northern European region. From here, support is provided to the stores in the respective countries in the form of Marketing, PR, HR, IT, customer service and business development.

NESO, the Northern European Support Office, is here to support store partners in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands through cooperation with their country offices. Their goal is to make a positive difference for customers and at the same time strengthen a healthy and profitable business.
